Note:  All fees listed below are for permits obtained prior to commencement of the permitted activity.  Permits applied for after the fact will be subject to a fee of twice the listed amount below.  In addition, the Township reserves the right to initiate other legal actions against the violator as may be permitted under state and local law.

Application fee for conventional or alternate on-lot or community on-lot system with less than 2,500 square feet of absorption area.

All Application/Review fees are payable at the time of application and will be applied to the permit fee upon permit issuance.

Floor space is defined as the total square footage of a dwelling, excluding unfinished basements and crawl spaces, and including attached garages and decks as long as they are part of the permit for the dwelling.

In addition to the above, all building permits will be accessed a $4.00 Pennsylvania U.C.C. fee which is payable at the time of permit issuance.

Commercial Plan Review - New Construction

.0013 of the estimated value - $ 250.00 minimum

 

For buildings with an estimated construction value over $ 3,000,000 and up to $ 6,000,000

 $ 3900.00 plus .0005 of the estimated value over $ 3,000,000

 

For buildings with an estimated construction value over $ 6,000,000

$ 5,400.00 plus .0004 of the estimated value  over $ 6,000,000

The plan review fee for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing are computed at 25 percent of the building plan review fee for each discipline ($ 250.00 minimum).
