It's Time for the 2019 Scarecrows in the Park Festival

Yes, it's time once again for Dingman Township's Scarecrows in the Park festival.  For those of you new to the area, the day is a "family friendly" country style celebration of Autumn.  It features many activities including games, face painting, music, and of course ... the scarecrow judging contest.
