SPRING CLEAN-UP DAY ANNOUNCED

New Rules Apply

 

The Dingman Township Board of Supervisors have announced that the Annual Spring Clean-up Day will be held Saturday, May 9th from 8 AM to 2 PM at the Township Garage on Fisher Lane.  There are some changes this year. 

NO ELECTRONIC ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT CLEAN-UP DAY.

There will be a special Electronics Recycling Day held May 16th at the Dingman Township Recreational Park.  Details to be announced.

Clean-up Day - Bring:

White goods, air conditioners, tires, sofas, carpeting, metal items, plastic items, old lumber, cell phones, car batteries, consumer batteries (AA, AAA, D, etc.) and other bulky or hard to dispose of items.

Clean-up Day - Do not bring:

Electronic items, household hazardous waste, sharp objects or broken glass (unless suitably boxed).

 

Electronics Recycling Day - Bring:

Electronic items such as computers and computer components, televisions, CD / DVD / VCR players, printers, FAX machines, cell phones and similar. Consumer batteries (AA, AAA, D, etc.) will be accepted.

Electronics Recycling Day - Do not bring:

White goods and appliances, smoke detectors, or anything else that is not electronic.
