Fees & Deadlines

Vendor Booth fees are $20.00 for one 10’x10’ space.  You must supply your own canopy, tables and chairs.  Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.  Fees for Non- Profits will be waived. Set up is at 8:30 am. 

Applications

Your application must be in by September 19, 2018.  Please include a photo of your items with your completed application.  We would like to have only one representative of Direct Seller Companies.

Refunds

No refunds once you are accepted in after September 01, 2018.

Set Up Instructions

Set up is from 8:30 am to 10:15 am.  All cars upon unloading must park in the designated area.  NO EARLY BREAKDOWN.

On-site Amenities

Picnic tables, restrooms and soda machines are available.  There will also be food vendors.

Advertising

This event will also feature such as free pumpkins for kids, face painting, live music, other special entertainment, kid’s craft making station and a scarecrow contest.  We are trying to appeal to a wide variety of potential customers.  This will be widely advertised throughout the area, including newspaper, posters, flyers, Township web page and other social media.

RULES OF THE SHOW

1.    No Alcoholic beverages allowed.

2.    No animals are allowed except service animals.

3.    Each vendor is responsible for obtaining their own valid sales tax license as needed for collecting and remitting any applicable state sales tax.

4.    Please display your name and/or your company name at your booth to aid your customers in finding you.

5.    Please use trash receptacles provided.

In consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the Scarecrows in the Park Event, I, the undersigned, intend to be legally bound, I for myself, my family members, employees, agents heirs and assigns, executors, and administrators, hereby waive and release any and all claims which I or they might have against Dingman Township, Dingman Township Board of Supervisors, Dingman Township Parks and Recreation Commission, their officers, employees, volunteers and participants as a result of my participation in the above program.  I further agree to indemnify Dingman Township, its officers, employees and volunteers against claims made against it or them as a result of my participation in the above program.
