The Board of Auditors is responsible for ensuring the fiscal integrity of the Township. The Board also has the responsibility to set the salary of a Supervisor should that Supervisor serve as a paid employee of the Township.  Board members are elected to staggered six year terms.

The members of the Board of Auditors are Craig Colleran Jr., William Peters III, and Annastasia Thedoropoulos. Kirk, Summa & Co. serves as the Township's certified public accountant.

The Board meets the first Wednesday of each year.  Additional meetings are scheduled as necessary.
