The Zoning Hearing Board hears appeals of determinations made by the Zoning Officer and requests for variances, special exception uses, and uses not provided for in the zoning ordinance. Meetings are generally held the first Wednesday of each month and as needed. Meetings are often cancelled if no business is scheduled so it is advised that residents call the day of the meeting to check on cancellation.
